The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Muhammad will today swear-in Justice Salisu Garba as the acting Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The Director of Information, National Judicial Council (NJC) Soji Oye stated, in an assertion delivered late on Tuesday, that Justice Garba’s swearing-in will be performed at the Supreme Court, Abuja by 2pm.
President Muhammadu Buhari had affirmed the arrangement of Hon Justice Garba as Acting Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory. following the retirement of Hon. Equity Ishaq Usman Bello on Tuesday.
Equity Garba will be in acting limit forthcoming the affirmation of his arrangement by the Senate as the considerable Chief Judge.
