The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has responded to the loss of the central government by the advice to its chief, Ifeanyi Ejiofor at an Awka Federal High Court in Anambra State.
The court, drove by Justice Nnamdi Dimgba, decided for Ejiofor, following the attack of the legal counselor’s home by agents of the central government.
This judgment came two years after security specialists attacked Ejiofor’s home during the entombment of his sibling in Oraifite.
As per the Judge, the security agents horribly disregarded the legal advisor’s major freedoms and subsequently granted the amount of N50m against the Nigeria Police, Nigerian Army and other security organizations.
The cash is remuneration for the gross infringement of Ejiofor’s privileges.
The court likewise granted N2m as cost for the activity against the Police and the Army.
Responding, IPOB lauded the Judge for conveying such a decision against the Federal Government.
An assertion by IPOB’s representative, Emma Powerful, peruses: “We, the worldwide group of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under our extraordinary chief Mazi Nnamdi KANU laud every one of the dauntless Judges who gave equity to all IPOB cases littered in all courts in Nigeria.
“We compliment the new judgment conveyed for the IPOB Counsel, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor whom Nigeria Government and its compromised security organizations went after and killed his Personal Assistance, kidnapped others and consumed his own vehicle and ranch style house at Oraifite Ekwusigo LGA of Anambra State.
“We praise the Judge who, without disapproving of the terrorizing from the Government of Buhari and his Fulani family, conveyed a milestone judgment against Nigeria Government and her compromised security organizations and requested them to repay him for the malicious they did to him. The main wrongdoing that Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor committed was being a protection legal counselor to IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Barr. Ejiofor is just taking care of his expert business as an Attorney, as per regulation. However, he has forever been badgering, scared, and undermined and has lost people around him and properties worth millions from the Nigerian State over taking care of his expert business.
“IPOB recognize people of the Bench who don’t respect the abusive legislature of Nigeria however conveyed equity to IPOB individuals who have been unlawfully stole, tormented, kept and denied opportunity in numerous security detainment offices across Nigeria.
“IPOB won’t neglect to see the value in Justice Ademola of Abuja High Court, who gave equity to our chief Mazi Nnamdi KANU in 2015 that he perpetrated no wrongdoing against any man or country.
“This respectable Judge conceded the genuine arrival of our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2015, which exposed the shamefulness that the ongoing Judge, Justice Binta Nyako of Federal High Court Abuja, is making a good attempt to veil once more against Nnamdi Kanu.”
