BREAKING: Court stop INEC from publishing Tinubu’s name.

An Abuja-based legal counselor, Osigwe Momoh, has sued the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the party’s official competitor, Bola Tinubu, at the Federal High Court Abuja for handling the president and VP up-and-comers of the party from a similar religion.

In the suit, the legal counselor looked for a request for unending order controlling the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) from distributing the name of the APC official up-and-comer in the impending coming decisions for infringement of the Nigeria Constitution.

The offended party asserted that the choice to pick the party’s official flagbearer and the running mate from a similar religion (segment) disregards the rule and the soul of the Nigeria Constitution.

In the beginning summons, Osigwe contended that ideological groups must by prudence of Chapter Two of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as corrected), have their official and bad habit official up-and-comers from various sectional (ancestral and strict) gatherings of the country.

He, in this manner, looked for a statement that “By temperance of Sections 14 – 1,3, and 15 and 224(a) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as revised), the litigants are limited by the standards of Chapter II of the 1999 Constitution (as corrected), and having the official and bad habit official competitors of a similar religion is unlawful, invalid and void.”

Osigwe, a common liberties extremist, mentioned the court to limit INEC from distributing the competitor of the APC as an official contender for the impending 2023 general decisions.

No date has been fixed for becoming aware of the suit.

The suit recorded by the attorney is the most recent in the series of blended responses following the decision of Senator Kashim Shettima as the APC bad habit official competitor.

Shettima, a two-term legislative head of Borno State, is the legislator addressing Borno Central senatorial locale in the National Assembly.
