The President, Significant General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has requested the Nigeria Public Oil Enterprise and its auxiliaries to guarantee that part 4 of the East-West street, traversing from Eleme Traffic circle to Onne intersection, is fixed immediately through the Tax break Plan.
