Zamfara Students Scholarships: Gov. Matawalle owes Cyprus college €297,509.11

Lead representative Bello Matawalle says plans are in progress to pay the cash the Zamfara government owes Cyprus International University.

The lead representative revealed that the cash included “€200,000 as educational cost, convenience and dinner expenses to be paid out of €297,509.11 at first owed for the 2021-2022 scholarly year.”

Mr Matawalle said he had supported the arrival of €232,000.00 into the record of Cyprus International University to settle the school expenses of 91 understudies from the state learning at the organization.

This is contained in a proclamation gave by the magistrate of data, Ibrahim Dosara, on Tuesday in Gusau.

Mr Dosara said the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) would dispense the sum into the different records of the understudies.

As indicated by the chief, €23,157.00 would be dispensed as home license, and €8,843.00 to be dispensed to the 91 understudies.
