Zulum Excludes Christians From Fg’s N3billion Palliatives – Centre For Justice

Borno Governor Babagana Zulum has been accused by the Center for Justice on Religious and Ethnicity in Nigeria (CJREN) of intentionally excluding Christians and their communities from the Nigerian government’s N3 billion palliatives. Reverend Kallamu Dikwa, the CJREN Director-General, alleged that Christians in the state are consistently left out of federal assistance, including the recent N3 billion aid from President Bola Tinubu. Dikwa claimed that even during the visit of President Tinubu to Maiduguri, Christians were excluded from data capturing for the assistance. Additionally, he mentioned the plight of the Christian community in Gwoza Local Government Area and the alleged demolition of EYN-Church of the Brethren in Nigeria in Maiduguri by Governor Zulum. The Borno State government has not officially responded to these allegations as of now.
