BREAKING: Buhari Bans Alcohol Sale in Abuja, Orders Recreational Gardens to Close by 7pm, Operators Kick

In front of the plans by the priest of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Bello Mohammed, to stop the offer of cocktails in parks and gardens in Abuja, the parks and garden proprietors have composed the clergyman helping him to remember the pendency of the suit they recorded against him.

Authorization of 6pm Closing Hour by FCTA-Action Sub-Judice,” he expressed “as specialists to the offended parties in the above expressed suit forthcoming under the steady gaze of the FCT High Court, we cause you to notice the compromised requirement of 6pm shutting hour by owner of nurseries in the FCT by your Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Monitoring and Enforcement, Comrade Ikharo Attah which activity is sub-Judice of the forthcoming case under the steady gaze of the court.

The terms of settlements in the above issue has been requested to be documented by the Honorable court after the gatherings concurred in wording and standards,” he added.
