Israel Adesanya describes Nigeria as a highly corrupt nation in which politicians pillage public funds.

Israel Adesanya, a mixed martial artist from Nigeria and New Zealand, has referred to Nigeria as “a very corrupt place.”

He said he cherishes Nigerians however there are a great deal of warnings about the country.

In the most recent episode of the Hut Boxin’ audiovisual podcast, The Last Stylebender was discussed.

Adesanya noted that the leaders of Nigeria are eager to steal public funds.

He said, “Nigeria is an extremely bad spot. I care about my people, but the government; everybody attempting to figure out how to siphon cash.”

Keep in mind that Israel Adesanya regained his Middleweight title on April 9, 2023, when he knocked out long-time opponent Alex Pereira at UFC 287.

He beat the Brazilian for $3.18 million, making him the third-highest-paid UFC fighter currently, behind Jon Jones and Conor McGregor.
