Simon Ekpa will today 15th September 2023 inaugurate the Administrative Headquarters of the Biafra Government in Exile located at 7200 Belair Road

Baltimore, MD 21206 in Baltimore Maryland USA .

He will also Unveil the new Biafra map which seems to include the oil rich Warri in the Niger Delta , the Capita will be called Ebube State in current day Imo state . He also divided and rename all the state In the South East and Niger Delta as follow
